These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction carried out on this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are concluded in English.

These Terms and Conditions are only covered for Alsat Trading website. Any other websites which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control.

Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

Payments

Once you finish your order and decide to checkout, we only take payment from your Card, Google Pay account or Apple pay account, when we have checked your card or other accounts and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are not able to provide the goods, we will inform you this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have paid for the goods.

We accept Payments through a third-party Payment Provider Stripe.

Stripe Checkout

The Stripe Checkout service (“Stripe Checkout”) is technology that makes it easier for merchants on the Internet (“Merchants”) to collect payment from individuals like you. Stripe Checkout also makes it easy for you to store a credit card or debit card (“Payment Credentials”) with Stripe for use across the websites of Merchants who have chosen to enable it.

Online price Errors. If we discover that the purchased/reserved order includes a price error on any of its goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, then we will cancel the order automatically. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the products, then you will receive a full refund.

Once the order has been placed and paid in full, you will receive an automatic confirmation including the Order Number and list of purchased products.

Proof of Purchased Order would include (Text message/Email):

  • Order number,
  • Delivery method,
  • Delivery address,
  • Item Description with the price,

Returns and Cancellations

Returns

As long as the product is in the same condition unopened/unused then you can return the product within 30 days starting from the purchased date. Once we receive the returned product we will investigate and provide a necessary refund.

Please note in such an event you would need to pay for the return postage label.

If you receive your product damaged/broken, we will ask you to complete a form and let us know about the damaged parts with proof of pictures. Please do not return the product without receiving a confirmation from us. This is because third party Courier services may want to further investigate this matter.

Cancellations

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automatic confirmation. If your order has not been dispatched, you can contact us to cancel your order.

Please note that you can only cancel your order within 24 hours starting from Purchased date and time.

Delivery

Alsat only provides its products and services in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses.

Standard Delivery Service: Alsat is providing Standard shipping method without incurring additional charge from its customers. Any purchased goods will be despatched within 5 working days.

Expected Delivery timeframe (Once Despatched): 2-4 Working days.

Express Delivery Service: Alsat also provides a fast shipping method with requesting additional fee from its customers. Any purchased goods will be despatched in 24 Hours.

Cut-off time: Any order that has been paid before 00:00 (midnight) will be dispatch the next Working Day.
Expected Delivery timeframe (Once Despatched): 24 Hours.

Alsat is using third party courier services to provide its products to its customers.
Small items can be delivered in 48 hours once it has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automatic confirmation. This confirmation will include Courier company details.

Alsat should not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products.

Limitation of Liability

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Alsat Trading will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood or war.

THE INFORMATION SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. ALSAT TRADING MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE WEBSITE AT ANY TIME.
